Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be

able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made

available by the shipping provider.

Customs, duties, and taxes

ArtfulThingsShop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

ArtfulThingsShop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Returns Policy

Artful Things Shop will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a

claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will

reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect  Artful Things

Shop to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
